The 8 Week Challenge is a concerted weight-loss, fitness and nutrition challenge that enables and helps you to initiate your journey and to achieve a healthier, happier version of you. We help you to overcome your barriers with our structured program.
Many of those who have seen the challenge to its completion have commended the challenge as a great way not only to lose weight, get healthier, develop a strong mindset but also a way to develop sustainable healthy habits by making positive behavioural changes in their lifestyle.
To support you in the 8 Week Challenge experience, we have in-person group classes and live online group classes where the coaches interact with you and guides you by calling you out. We also provide nutritional advise to eat according to your goals.
You will be closely guided and monitored by a coach who will provide all the necessary support you need. You will be accountable to the coach where you report either on daily basis or weekly basis of what you eat and also report on your body measurements on weekly basis.
You will connect with like-minded individuals taking on the same challenge and will be highly engaged on a private social media and/or messaging platform. The challenge has provided a truly positive transformative experience for all the participants.
We will be honest with you. The outcome that people get differs from one person to the other because everyone’s experience, motivation level, determination, discipline and the willingness to make small sacrifices here and there is different.
Majority who joins this challenge wants to lose weight, learn about healthy food choices, exercise under a watchful eye of a coach who motivates them and learn the right and structured way of exercising. A smaller percentage joins this program not with a primary intention of losing weight but to simply help them kick-start a healthier lifestyle and maintain that positive changes which brings strength to their body and mind. But you know what, along the way, when they see the changes in their body composition, they get highly motivated and by the end of the program, they shed some unnecessary weight from their body.
Your goal can be one of the above and this challenge provides you with all the tools you need in order for you to make remarkable progress.
You are in the driver’s seat. In this challenge, it is not what we do TO you but it’s what we do FOR you. Based on your goals, we will support, guide and motivate you to see the progress. Here, we focus and celebrate progress, not perfection. We need to build long lasting healthy habits that continuously progresses and eventually one that can be maintained according to your unique lifestyle.
Absolutely you can! Our exercise programs are structured in a way that provides modifications or regressions to absolute beginners. We pay lots of attention with our clients in exercising safely and progressing them effectively. As we said, the exercise programs are not some pre-recorded instructions or classes. You will be exercising under the watchful eyes of our coaches either as in in-person class or live stream online classes from the comfort of your home. You can interact with the coaches to ask any questions if you have difficulties and you will get immediate guidance and response from the coaches.
Signing up for the challenge will give you access to classes conducted by the coaches. The classes are conducted where you can choose to attend physically, you can choose to attend the live online classes, or both depending on what fits your schedule. You will be doing Strength, Movement and HIIT type workouts in our classes.
If you have access to gym or any fitness equipment, we will provide you a structured guided exercise program based on the equipment you have access to.
However, based on your goal, your coach will guide you as to the types and number of workouts you should perform every week.
You can be a vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, we can guide you accordingly. The nutritional advise that we provide is based on your dietary requirements or one that you prefer to be on.

You simply need to fill up our form here which we prefer and submit to register your interest to participate in the challenge. Once you have submitted the form, we will set up a meeting with you to have a chat with one of our friendly coaches. It is a pre-qualification meeting and you can consider that as a free consultation call with our coaches.
