The Outdoors

Our bootcamp takes place outdoors exposing your body and mind to the nature with fresh air. You can swap or change it up between working in a closed setting and outdoor environment. Get some fresh air and maybe play a bit under the rain.

Intensive Training

At our bootcamp, our coaches constantly motivate group of like-minded people to perform at their best. Our coaches are focused in ensuring that each participant performs to their best ability and hence challenges them optimally.

As our founder Coach Esvaran Subramaniam says “No matter how you feel, your job is to show up. Leave the rest to me and I will ensure you get a good workout and leave the session feeling good about yourself and what you have achieved”

Cost Effective

This is also for people who wants a cost effective way of getting trained by an experienced coach. Our bootcamp sessions are led by internationally and nationally certified coaches who understand the science of exercising that produces the optimal benefit for the participants. We also take a holistic approach on fitness incorporating interval, strength, endurance, movement and coordination training all using just your own body weight.

CosmicFit brings like-minded people with a common goal and strong positivity. No more exercising or going for jog all alone. Our group brings together people with similar expectations and they work together as a team, friends or even family. Encouraging each other to get things done and cheering for each other when you see results and reach your goals.
